  September 2010 - I called for a pair of Ugg Classic Tall Women's Boots Size 6 in Seashell Rose. They held it for me for 24 hours. The gentlemen who assisted me the next day was extremely knowledgeable, timely, and professional. I only wish I could have asked for his name. He even helped me with my two-year-old daughter and her Crocs. I purchased them for her and another pair for my son (Buy one get one for a penny!). On top of that, the gentleman gave me a $40 cash card for October 2010. He was very patient and the shoe selection is pretty good. Definitely recommend.

  Great shoes and good clearance deals!!! Some of the staff (not all!!) are really bad, look at you weird, snooty, don't appear thankful to have a job!!! That's very unfortunate. But if you can be there when the manager is there, He's very nice, friendly and hospitable.
