  The manager (Sandy) at this store does not have a customer service friendly attitude. She comes off as rude and makes customers (and staff) afraid to say the wrong thing. The best way to manage her is not to disagree with anything she says despite your own opinions about the way a shoe fits on YOUR foot! This is not quite the shopping experience I look for when I spend over $100 on a pair of shoes. I love the quality of the shoes sold at SAS but the customer service at this location is seriously lacking. The great thing about the internet is that customers can now bypass this retail store (and poor customer service) and shop online!
