  Exercise extreme caution if you decide to have work done here on your car and avoid using this shop for work if they are not preferred by your insurance carrier. The work done on my car was described as "below industry standard" by other shops I spoke to in the area; i.e. incomplete assembly and poor metal work. I have reservations about representations made to my insurance company and I about the nature of the work and the cost for repairs. Management refused to acknowledge responsibility for issues with repairs, refused to stand by their warranties, and expressed no interest in assisting me with concerns or answering questions. Additionally, they had the car for over a month doing minor repairs and didn't advise me that there were still issues with the battery, alignment, and tires.
  
  Poor workmanship, poor customer service, and no accountability; if you're having work done here please ask lots of questions and go through your invoice with the service manager line by line before leaving with your car.
