  I went to this salon from a referrel and saw Orchid.She was a really sweet girl but I told her that my old stylist was using bleach on my hair and I didnt like the color and wanted to see if she could fix it.So she put a blonding cream on my highlights saying that it would be much easier on my hair.Well she left the dye in for like almost a hour and kept telling..."Just a little longer, the color is not where I want it."Well when she finally washed and dried my hair I had some breakage and my hair looked almost orange/red which was what I did not want.She kept telling me it just looked different in the light and chose to ignore the breakage problem. So I went home and after about two days it became moe orange so I came back in to have her fix it and she said she had this ultra safe bleach that would not ruin my hair that she would try getting the right color.Well she put it on and left me again for like 30 minutes. When she dried my hair pieces were falling out, she was in a hurry to leave so she said it looked great and didnt charge me extra. Well when I got hair my hair kept falling out for days, its was breaking off I had pieces sticking up everywhere, it was like straw.I cried, I has always had such soft hair and this girl ruined it. And the color was horrific.I called multiple times to ask for some type of compensation but she never returned my calls cause she knew she screwed up. As a licensed stylist you should what is good and not good for certain hair types! She shouldnt even be licensed not to mention her hands kept shaking the whole time she was cutting my hair. I finally found a wonderful stylist at Spectrum named Lalia and had to pay $215 to treat, recut and dye my hair back to a dark brunette to help cover the breakage and the money was worth it to feel pretty again! Dont ever go see Orchid!!!
