    Absolute worst customer service ever! I rarely write reviews on customer service, but the experience here was awful enough for me to write one. The service rep named Cristal Davila is the most incompetent person to deal with. I called this Verizon retailer before I went in, and Cristal told me they had a "great deal" going on for business plans. They told me it was $45 a line for unlimited, even if I just opened one line (even have her recorded saying this). I clarified this numerous times with her before going in to the store. Even when I got to the store, I asked her again if that deal is true or if there's any hidden fees. She assured me that that was the deal and I would not see any hidden fees, only taxes so it wouldn't be too much extra. I should have NEVER believed her lies. I ended up having to make 3 trips to this store, out of which one trip lasted over 5 hours! I was already hungry and thirsty, missed numerous business calls and dinner with my family just to sign up. It took so long because I had to verify my business, backup all my data on my phone, and make sure everything was working properly. During the sign up process, Cristal showed how incompetent she truly was. One time she held up the phone just from the charging cable, which could have easily caused the phone to drop! Another time, after working on the phone so long and having no luck of it working, she told me to contact customer support as if she wanted me to leave the store now because her shift was almost over. Instead, I told her I'd like her to contact customer support because I've already been waiting for 5 hours and not going to leave without knowing whats going on! Eventually, I had to take my phone to ATT and get it unlocked again for it to work. After all this hassle and finally having my phone work, I sighed and was happy to finally have Verizon. However, when I got home, I logged in to my account to see a total bill of over $125.00!!! I was shocked, but I didn't believe it. I called customer support, and they told me no such deal existed; at this point I was beyond angry and upset because I was lied to my face by Cristal Davila and her associates that work at this location. She not only wasted my time, but she tarnished her reputation and integrity. She made an unethical choice to lie to me just so she could get commission in signing up a new customer. This is completely wrong and I spoke with customer support, specifically supervisor George ID# 7756, and filed a complaint. I hope they will hold her accountable for her incompetency and lack of honesty, otherwise I will take further legal action to make sure she is held accountable. It is not fair, nor professional, to lie and waste a customer's time!!!
