    Thieves! I called ahead and asked if they accepted a certain kind of credit account, they yes so I scheduled an appointment. When I went in I double checked with the front desk about the credit card, they took it and told me, yes this was an acceptable form of payment.
    Great!
    They got me in a chair and got half way through a cleaning when their accounts person came and asked me how I was going to pay for everything, I handed her the card and she handed it right back saying it was an unacceptable form of payment. I was confused, then I explained how I double checked with the front and she asked who told me it was acceptable, I gave her the receptionists name then she went up front and came back a minute later and said the receptionist told her that I was lying.

    She demanded I pay them $250 (much higher than the standard rate!) for the cleaning right away or she was calling the authorities. I felt cornered and paid them from my bank account, which put me in debt for two weeks along with an overdraft fee (if I wasn't crazy broke I wouldn't have lowered my standards to a western dental in the first place!)

    Do not go here unless you have insurance and like terrible service! They are thieves and liars!

    Karina and Stephanie are always on top of making sure their patients are given the best and most professional customer service! I had to change an appointment last minute to an earlier time and they made it happen! All around great service from these two to make sure that I know my appointment dates and other services! These two are always giving a warm and welcoming smile in which brings positive vibes to the office. Customer service is key, so a happy customer is always going to look forward to coming back to their next appointment! And also shout out to Carla for always noticing something wrong when it occurs and trying to correct it as soon as possible! Great communication in the front, means great communication in the back, that's awesome teamwork!
