    I live at the Palazzo’s for a mere 2 and half months before I was finally able to move out. My problems with Palazzo began even before I moved in. I signed a lease agreement without reading reviews and that was my first mistake. I emailed the manager, Jacque, more than 45 days before my lease was to officially start. In the lease it states that if you notify management at least 45 days prior to your move-in day you can cancel your lease without repercussions — which is what I ATTEMPTED to do. However, Jacque took over two weeks to reply to my email and stated that it was now too late to cancel my lease. You can easily tell that she purposefully ignored my email so that I would be stuck with living there. That isn’t the first time I had an issue with the manager Jacque, who may I mention is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. She takes at least a week to reply to emails and forget about ever being able to meet with her in person. I have emailed her trying to schedule meetings with her and she completely ignores that part of my emails.
    Management is the worst part about this place. The employees however are not any better. They are all students and rarely know the answer to any of your questions. If you put in requests for maintence and they find it “unreasonable” they will say they can’t fix it and to just deal with it.
    My roommates and I were given an apartment with a broken couch. We requested a new couch multiple times and even after a month of complaining they still had not replaced it.
    The apartment themselves are not cleaned well when you move in. My shower had hairs and grime in it and the toilet had a fecal matter stain inside of it. The carpet was stained and the windows were covered in bird droppings.
    The hallways and staircases are always filled with filled trash bags, pizza boxes, spilled liquids, and beer bottles. Not to mention it always smells like trash and if it doesn’t it is because the weed tenants are smoking is so strong that it masks the smell.
    There is only cameras on the first floor. The walls are thin so you hear not only your roommates but also your neighbors and anyone who walks past your door. The show rooms that they give you a tour of are the only rooms in the entire place that are clean.
    I believe that this place would be a great place to live if there was new management and new employees all together.
    I personally had a service dog live with me who was approved to live with there and I was constantly harassed about her by employees in front of other people. The office had a picture and the name of my service dog however they never bothered to educate employees that she was allowed to live here so I had to constantly disclose to employees in front of complete strangers that were around that I am disabled and have to have my service dog with me.
    That isn’t where the issues stopped though. I was wrongfully accused of actions I never did and got evicted for it. I emailed Jacque three times about it and all she did was email me back saying l have three days to move out.
    They require solid proof of anything if you want to complain about an issue but when it comes to them blaming you for anything all they apparently need is their own imagination.
    Overall, this place was a wretch for me and I’m glad to have been let out of my lease.
