  Ordered a Valentine's gift for my son who attends Fresno State. Son never received the arrangement I ordered. Called the store on Valentine's Day to see where order was, no answer, all day long. Called the store the next day and was told that they were so overwhelmed and busy that they lost a few orders. I was asked if I still wanted delivery made the day after Valentine's Day or my money refunded. Told them that I wanted my money refunded however it screwed up my son's Valentine's Day on my Valentine's Day. Was very disappointed that the store did not return the call that I left on their answering machine on Valentine's Day to notify me that they lost the order I had to call them, they would have walked away with my $75.
